Ham was the best

The ham may have been the best I'v had. The peas were very good. The sweet potatoes were tasty. but never did get solid. Even after sitting for more then 30 minutes they were still soupy.

They do come out if the oven soupy but if you let them set up they are perfect.

How should I store my items before I need them?

You can keep your items in the fridge for up to 3 weeks, or in the freezer for up to 3 months. We recommend only cooking your turkey and ham from a thawed state, so be sure and allow at least 24 hours in the fridge or 4-6 hours in a cool water bath to fully thaw your meats.
