I wasn't sure how my family would like this slight change in our holiday dinner. It was fabulous! Juicy white and dark meat. For those who love ham, this smoked turkey is a perfect substitute. In fact, when asking for food to take home folks asked for "ham". Ham wasn't served for that meal.
The only issue I had was in reheating. The rack I have didn't sit inside my turkey pan, so I'm thinking the reheat time may have been effected. As the carving got closer to the breast bone, the meat cooled to room temperature. I'd recommend a slightly longer reheat time if this occurs.

My family no longer eats ham and this smoked turkey was amazing! We miss the smokiness of ham but this turkey was the perfect amount of smokiness and was delicious. I am on the site ordering again. I love it here!

The free range whole smoked turkey arrived in a timely fashion. It was frozen and in good shape. I was a bit concerned that the bottom of the box wasn't taped...no problem. The turkey was easy to heat up. It was moist and the flavor was outstanding. Each bite was quite delicious and eventually I broke the bird down in order to save space in my refrigerator and to eventually prepare a large turkey pot pie. I didn't have to do any work and it was quite easy to separate the meet from the bone(s). I made a GREAT purchase and POTM didn't disappoint me. I will continue to purchase their products.

Bought two smoked turkeys , one for my daughter and the other for me. They arrived on the expected date and was easy to cook. The instructions were detailed and they cooked up beautifully. Everyone loved them and all was eaten. Lea is a great person and answered a query I had personally. It does not get much better than that. You will not regret a purchase from POTM club. I will purchase again.

Ordered last year and turkey was great, this year ordered 2.. both came out pretty dry
Really good flavor though.
