Mesquite Chicken?

I guess I mistakenly thought that your meats were all hickory smoked. The pulled chicken had a pronounced mesquite flavor. I wish that was added in the description of the product. I don't dislike mesquite, I just wasn't expecting it. Plus, there were no crusty bits, as described. I ordered it without sauce. Just my take. I am still a loyal fan!

So, these are already cooked?

All of our BBQ items, like ribs, pulled pork, brisket, etc are all fully cooked so all you have to do is reheat and eat. Smoked items like bacon, sausage, and our raw items will need to be cooked. All of our orders come with a reheating booklet with instructions and recipe ideas!
