We have had this bacon before, but this batch had a different taste. It’s difficult to describe, but I can say it tasted more like a different cut of pork than bacon. It smelled amazing in the oven! But the taste was off. We even cooked it two days in a row to see if we were just off that day.

Received first shipment very quickly, we cooked the first package of bacon for breakfast today, eggs Benedict with black pepper bacon, absolutely delicious. the bacon was season perfectly and did not have an overly swine taste. Great job, we can't wait to try more.
