Perfectly thinly sliced, but often sliced with the grain instead of against it. Obviously sliced on a automatic slicer that won`t recognize the need to often change the brisket position as it`s grain changes direction. That being said , it is the best corned beef available to us in my area of the country. I already have reordered some more.

Excellent taste and not too salty like some corned beef can be. Sliced thin, makes great sandwiches.
