I sent the Best of POTM to my work team members as holiday gifts. Everyone was pleased with everything included and it was an easy process to send. The shipping and tracking info is great, and they followed up with me directly to confirm an error in the address I provided. I will be using them again!

Everything was absolutely delicious and I’m already planning my second order. A little shipping SNAFU was quickly resolved, excellent customer service-thank you to Lea for that! :). The ribs are OMG, I almost ate the whole rack in one sitting. And the bacon caramels! Amazing. Highly recommend!

I ordered the bacon sampler for my son-in-law's birthday. I haven't heard from him yet on that, but the "add on" order I made for me was delicious!

For me, I ordered a lb of the sriracha bacon, a rack of the bourbon barrel ribs and the sweet Italian sausage. The bacon was really really, really good. I have made my own back several times and it is a very labor intensive process. This bacon was right on par with mine. The ribs were on the fringe of AMAZING. I make a lot of ribs for friends and my family. My family is my is both my biggest fans and harshest critics. I brought the rack of ribs with me on a family vacation. When it was my night to cook, I pulled out a 9lb pork butt I smoked the day before we left on the trip and the ribs that I threw into the cooler at the last minute. I am so glad I brought them. To warm them, I lightly caramelized 'em on a crappy gas grill at the rental... (you know the type, one giant flame in the back corner and not much else for the cooking surface). I digress...

The ribs... I wish I had bought more. They were a huge hit. Tender, moist and SO flavorful! I forgot to bring sauce but no worries! I saved the sauce from the rib packaging, reduced it in a pot over the giant flame in the back of the grill and then drizzled it over the ribs after I cut them. It was so good!

AND, perhaps the best part is that I didn't have to spend 10 hours prepping, rubbing, smoking, packaging ribs at home.

I will be back for more!!
