Individual Pumpkin Spice Cakes with Cream Cheese Frosting and Candied Bacon
Pumpkin spice everything season is here! I don't know about you, but sometimes I need a break from all the meats and BBQ to satisfy that sweet tooth of mine. These little cakes are perfect for fall. They are packed with so much pumpkin spice, you will forget all about that PSL you were craving earlier this morning. Then you top of the moist, dense, delicious cake with cream cheese frosting and a little sprinkle of candied bacon (because we can't completely give up our meats now can we?).
I love making these cakes in the larger ramekins because they end up looking like giant frosted cupcakes! You can also make them in smaller ramekins if you don't want to be SO gluttonous. But who really wants to do that, right?
You can even make them cupcakes if you want to! Regardless, these cakes will be gone in a blink of an eye as soon as you serve them. Are you drooling yet? Time to get your bake on piggy peeps! Celebrate fall before that cold cold winter sets in. ;)

15 Spooky Grown-Up Halloween Recipes (Because We’re Adulting So Hard)
Halloween is one of those holidays that's mostly reserved for the kiddos. The dressing up, the trick-or-treating, the running all over the neighborhood like crazy gremlins - you start feeling a little silly about the whole thing as soon as you hit high school. Yea ok, you might be all grown up now. You might not see the fun in picking out a costume or staying out all night at a bar, but that doesn't mean you have to stop celebrating the holiday! Being a grown up means you get to do whatever the hell you want, and this year we wanna celebrate Halloween like the classy AF adults we are. Ditch that store-bought candy and whip up some tasty treats with a little spooky flair. It'll make that whole kids ringing your doorbell every 5 seconds thing SO much easier (or it'll take the edge of you running after your kiddos when they are all on crazy sugar highs). So grab the gang and have a party! Throw on a little Thriller and a witchy hat. Fill up those cocktail glasses and cheers to celebrating the holiday like the unbelievably mature adult you are. Bacon Bourbon Caramel Stuffed Brownies are an indulgent, decadent dessert that combines our love of bacon, chocolate, caramel and BOOZE.
When we go for dessert, we go big. Real big. Like, Super Bowl big.
These bacon bourbon caramel stuffed brownies are the latest food porn creation that we absolutely can't get enough of. If you thought brownies couldn't get any better, well you're just plan wrong. We stuffed ours with a rich, creamy bourbon caramel and lots of our top selling bacon to really send it over the edge.
It's sweet, it's savory and it's so gooey and decadent, you might just faint after the first bite. If you really want to bring your A-game to your next party, picnic or to spoil your significant other, this is the ultimate recipe to bust out. Everyone will be freaking the hell out the moment you set these out. Then just sit back and watch as everyone clammers to get another one before they're all gone.
Chocoholics, bacon-lovers, bourbon-obsessed fans and caramel-cravers UNITE. This is the only dessert you need to make for the rest of your darn life. For real.
INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 8x8 baking dish with nonstick spray & line with parchment paper.
Make brownie batter according to the instructions on the package. Pour half the batter into the baking dish and bake for 20 minutes. Cool for 20 minutes.
Combine caramels, cream and bourbon in medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir constantly until smooth and creamy, about 4 to 5 minutes.
Pour in caramel then add layer of chopped bacon, reserving 1/4 of the chopped bacon for later.
Top with the rest of brownie batter and sprinkle with remaining bacon. Bake for 20 more minutes and cool completely before cutting.
