Shipping meat is a tricky process, so listen up…
The meat is packaged and frozen to -20 below and then put into a Styrofoam insulated box with plenty of dry ice. It’s a packaging combination that will insure your products arrive refrigerated to frozen and ready to chow down on safely.
It is fine and perfectly normal if very little to no dry ice is left in the box. As long as the items are cool to the touch they are fine to eat.
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking notification from FedEx to let you know its on the way. The box will be left in a safe spot if you are not home without a signature, so please be on the lookout for it!

- $0.00 – $24.99: $9.95
- $25.00 – $74.95: $14.95
- $74.96 – $119.00: $16.95
- $119.01 -$169.00: $24.95
- $169.01 -$229.00: $29.95
- $229.01 -$400.00: $40.00
- $400 and up: $55.00
Items can be refrigerated for up to 1 week or frozen for up to 3 months.
Packages cannot be delivered on Sundays or Mondays. They will only be delivered on a Tuesday if you live within 1 day ground of Ohio or select overnight delivery. Orders are shipped Monday – Wednesday and can be delivered to you Wednesday – Saturday.
We make everything to order, so there can be a 2-3 day processing time from the time you place your order. Every now and again, we get extra busy or certain products will be out of stock. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks at the maximum, but those occurrences will be rare.
To guarantee delivery, we must have proper and complete addresses. Sorry, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses. We’ll gladly deliver to rural routes with complete addresses and telephone numbers.
Due to import/export restrictions, we are unable to ship our products outside the United States.
**You will receive a notification email with your tracking number when your order ships. Please let any gift recipients know to expect a perishable package. FedEx will leave the package at the recipient’s address and the contents will remain frozen into the evening. Pig of the Month cannot be responsible for damage to unclaimed gifts or incorrect address information. If the recipients are not available that evening to receive the package, Pig of the Month cannot be responsible. It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure recipients are going to be home on the date of delivery.
