There's pulled pork, and then, there's pulled pork - the kind that Food and Wine magazine declares had their dinner guests "going crazy for seconds and thirds and then asking if there were any left to take home."

Our pulled pork starts with an extra flavorful all natural breed of heritage pork that gets slow smoked over several hours and a hickory wood.  We take it and pull it apart by hand and then add a generous helping of our tangy barbecue sauce to finish the party.
