The perfect balance between a classic dessert and a modern favorite.

It's a freshly made marshmallow buttercream that gets sandwiched  between two dense and rich chocolate cookie cakes.  Then they dip it in a creamy white chocolate.  The perfect version of a classic!

When we tried this cake from Yummés at Elé Bakery we knew we had to share it around.  It's THAT good.  The moistest chocolate cake you've ever had is filled with chocolate ganache and crushed peanut butter cups.  Then it's frosted in their famous Peanut Butter Buttercream blend frosting.

But wait, it gets better.

Then pour chocolate ganache on the cake, top it with MORE crushed peanut butter cups, and top it off with puffs of heavenly peanut butter buttercream.

Holy mama - now we know what heaven is like.  Feeds 8-10.

Mmmmm Mmmm Good...Is what you'll be saying after a bite of this out of this world treat!  We take a 36 hour chocolate chip cookie, fresh out of the oven,  to start. 

Then we fill it with our famous buttercream, roll it in mini M & M's and drench the whole thing in chocolate ganache.  \
