Out of the Box Flower Arrangement Ideas
May 2, 2011April Showers, Bring May….
It’s seriously still raining. And while I shouldn’t complain at all since it’s just been rain and not tornadoes and damaging hail, I still can’t help but feel gloomy and claustrophobic. Bring on the outdoor parties and flowers. Lots and lots of flowers.
Such a cute idea, especially for BBQ lovers out there since those bottles very closely resemble empty barbecue sauce bottles. By now I have tons and tons of those babies laying about waiting to be recycled.
Little known fact about me – I’m a HUGE tea lover. I also think dainty tea cans like these are the prettiest. I’m planning on setting the table for Mother’s Day using silver tins of a British tea. This would have been so cute for the tea parties over the weekend when that couple got married (yea, THAT couple).
Easy way to use random old crystals from chandeliers. You can find them at Goodwill all the time. Easy way to make a dollar store bud vase look and feel special.
Martha always comes up with the best tablescapes.
I love the idea of using fresh veggies as flowers. Asparagus mixed with greens, especially rainbow chard, would make a unique and cheap centerpiece.
