Let's Get Messy
I grew up eating barbecue and I've had some of the best in the country. But, I thought I could do it better and so Pig of the Month began. It started with a love of BBQ and continued with a commitment to using all natural ingredients, traditional cooking methods, and only using ethically raised meats.
