Nutritional Information

We live by the motto – “local over import, labor over lazy.” We realize that by purchasing from local vendors, we have a greater say in the products we purchase and the quality standards they have. Whenever possible we source ingredients locally. If that’s not possible we make sure to do our homework before working with a supplier.

Locally Grown & Sourced

We choose the best cuts of pork available. Our Baby Back Ribs are 2 lbs a piece, with careful trimming of excess fat while still retaining the tasty marbling throughout. Even better, we know the hogs were raised humanely and fairly. Same goes for our pulled pork shoulder. We only choose the best products for our customers.

Pig of the Month BBQ has gone to great lengths to ensure the highest standards of freshness and quality in all our products. Whenever possible, we seek out organic herbs, spices, and other ingredients for the best flavor, without all the other stuff.

Some of our barbecue sauces do contain Ketchup, which lists High Fructose Corn Syrup as an ingredient. We feel that HFCS is a sweetener, just as many others are and that it has gotten a bad wrap. The amount of HFCS in Ketchup is minimal,and should not be a worry for most people.

Everything else that comes from our kitchens is all natural and preservative free REAL FOOD.

NOTE: If you’re looking for sugar-free, how about letting us put together a sugar-free package together for you. It’s no trouble. We’d be glad to.
